The incontrovertible truth is that, being aware of, or complaining about, the ongoing nightmare our fragile America has been subjected to by an irrational, mentally challenged would-be tyrant ─ for more than a year ─ will not solve its existential challenge!

Moreover, if our nation's ongoing ordeal were to end at some point and its thankful, liberated victims complacently begin to believe their horrible experience was only a horrible bygone nightmare ─ not to be repeated by future tyrant wannabes ─ would be a colossally naive assumption!

The fact remains that, like it or not, power hungry tyrant wannabes will always exist ─ waiting to strike whenever possible.

Therefore, unless constitutional updates (amendments) meant to deal with our Constitutional Republic's current perilous situation are ratified A.S.A.P., no doubt, what is happening now, will happen again.

In addition, any issue whatsoever, possibly detrimental to the freedoms, rights, welfare or security of any American citizen, necessarily, must be swiftly addressed by unbiased members of an independent Department of Justice.

• Problem 1
  There is no written "law-enforcing clause" in the Constitution to "materially" enforce prompt compliance regarding constitutional law or statute violations.

  The Result: Testing Americans' limits and their capacity to endure the unlawful transgressions being committed by Donald Trump and his "yes-man" Administration, openly, they have been ignoring bona fide decisions made by U.S. Justices ─ with impunity!

  To Be Ratified: Law-Enforcing amendment created to "physically" enforce swift compliance of the bona fide decisions made by U.S. Justices.

• Problem 2
  By 2024, Donald Trump, a confirmed, treacherous insurrectionist, so far, had been found guilty of at least 34 felony counts ─ increasing his criminal record to 88 charges ─ was allowed to run for his reelection ─ an obvious blunder ─ which has brought Americans to the depths of insecurity and fear for their imperiled freedoms!

  The Result: Being an opportunist, streetwise master of deception and broken promises, despite the multiply-televised insurrection of January 6, 2021, in 2024, deceived misguided voters primarily concerned with their own welfare and interests, reelected Donald Trump!

  To Be Ratified: Amendment prohibiting individuals aiming to register as bona fide candidates for presidential, congressional or government office before having been carefully scrutinized and found clear of any possible cognitive decline, corruption, unlawful background, treason or behavior deemed inimical to the U.S. Constitution and its citizens.
